Your Donation

Your tax-deductible donation can help us in several ways. We need to continue to renovate our buildings and property to make a fully functional, energy efficient, modern child care center. Donations towards our operations help keep the cost of child care down for parents. And, we have an emergency fund, which is used to help pay for child care when a family is in crisis and unable to pay for a short time.

We have already received generous donations from foundations, local business owners and individuals, but we still have a long way to go. We are applying for grants from a number of foundations, and requesting donations from local businesses who need to recruit and/or retain employees; those employees need reliable child care.

How can YOU help?

You can talk to your friends, family, employers and elected officials because they may not understand how the child care shortage is affecting you and your family, and urge them to financially support the construction of Pendleton Children’s Center.
If you are a local business owner whose employees need child care, you can set up a flexible spending plan for child care, because this will provide a valuable benefit your employees who are working parents.
You can donate to our capital campaign, because you recognize the importance of having a safe, nurturing and educational child care environment to help children develop to their maximum capacity while their parents work or further their education.
